Advent Evening of Prayer and Music

Please join us for an Advent evening of prayer and music on Tuesday, December 13th at 7pm at St. Martha Parish, 227 South St., Plainville.  This will be a reflective evening in honor of Mary and her special role in bringing us God's gift of Jesus.  This is a great way to de-stress from busy Christmas preparations!

All are invited to join us!

Christmas Flowers

If you would like to honor your loved ones with Christmas flowers, there are envelopes at each exit of the church for your donation.  If you take part in our envelope system and receive donation envelopes at home, you will receive a flower envelope with the month of December.  As you fill out the names, please print clearly and return your donation by Friday, December 9th.  Thank you for helping us make our church look so beautiful for the Christmas season.

The Giving Tree is in the church during the first 3 weeks of Advent. This is a wonderful opportunity for you, your family or group to help those in need.  The tree is "decorated" with gift tags each having an item listed on it.  Take the tag off the tree and purchase the item or gift card and return the unwrapped gift under the tree.  Gifts and gift cards will be distributed to local charities.

Access Ramp Project

Brick order are being accepted for the Mary Garden!

We are in the process of finalizing plans for the garden around Mary.  We are still taking brick orders for bricks to be placed in the garden around our beautiful new statue of Mary to be completed this summer.  Order forms are in the parish office and near the church entrances. Remember, a brick can make a very nice gift for a special person in your life, especially for Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations and holidays!  They make a lasting wedding gift as well, a nice way to honor the beautiful couple on their wedding day!

St. Mary Parish is part of the Plainville-Wrentham Catholic Collaborative together with St. Martha Parish in Plainville with whom we share a Pastoral Team (clergy & staff), Pastoral Council, and some of our ministries. You can visit our sister parish at
